These are important to know if you have ever considered coming a little closer…

While there are things I share here on IG that appeal to your logical mind (i.e. reasons why things happen), the work that happens when you enter my world happens on a level beyond the mind.

You’ve done enough work on emotion with your mind. And there are plenty of coaches, therapists, IG accounts out there who will give you the xyz and 123 of everything.

➡️The work I do is *experiential*. That means it *requires* you to feel and experience.

➡️The practices I recommend to my clients are *not* skill based. What I mean by that is: you won’t find me saying “practice this coping skill that you have seen on the internet 100000 times”.

In fact, things I tell my clients are often not what you would think a coach, therapist or healer would say because I’m not talking to the general public. I’m talking to YOU. The one who has already done a lot of work.

➡️What I guide you to do is based on rewiring associations and experiences, creating safety in the body and psyche so you can expand into places you haven’t been before. This requires openness.

Your next level doesn’t care about how much you know, it cares about how open you are to it.

My work is not for the person who values information above all else or who needs things to always make sense to the logical mind in order to open to it. No shade at all.

There absolutely is a time and a place for these things to be a priority.

I just want us all to be clear that this is not that space 😘

What’s EMOTIONAL DISPOSITION?

a blend of the inherent qualities of your relationship with emotion. It’s how YOU are inclined to relate to emotions.

It can be derived from temperament, the way blood flows in the brain, neurodiversity, early family experiences, trauma, elements of your Human Design, the way your nervous system operates…

There are 3 main dispositions l’ve seen after working with 100s, (maybe over a thousand people) in my 2 decade career…

There’s no one disposition that’s better than the other.

But your Emotional Disposition DOES make a difference when it comes to the effectiveness of healing tools + eq guidance.

CHALLENGES on the road to your desire manifesting isn’t evidence of “it’s not working”, they’re evidence you’re on your way. Your ❤️‍🔥 desire wants the next level of you.

💞You want a high level relationship? If that person showed up, would you have the skills and courage to stand toe to toe with the invitations of that relationship toward intimacy. You might think to yourself: yes.

But I want you to look right now at the last time you had a confronting situation in a relationship— how did you show up? 👀

Look right now at the last time you had intense emotion, were you able to be with yourself, intimate, present + connected when fear or unbearable emotion was there? Or did you turn away and find treats, shopping, numbing, self sabotage behaviors? 👀

💸You want a shit load of money? Do you have the financial skills and awareness to hold that money and spend it in a way that generates wealth and well being for you and all involved?

You might say yes, but look at your current finances. Are you doing this now or are you looking for money to rescue you from current circumstances? 👀

👯 You want your family members or friends to meet you? Are you giving the space for them to do that or are you demanding, criticizing and then babying them? Again: Look at your most current interactions. No matter how insignificant.

➡️It’s easy to get lost in the busy work of forcing + hustling,, trying to do all the magical manifestation practices but if you’re skipping what your desire wants you to become, this WILL BE a hamster wheel experience EVEN IF your desire comes to life…same issues will be there.

So, My love. Your desires want YOU, the next level of you.

Don’t shrink back. Life is sending you the opportunities RIGHT NOW to become what you absolutely are meant to become and as you do, that desire has a place to come to life through you.

And when it does, you’ll have it, but more importantly, you’ll have YOU.

I trust myself. My ability to show up for myself

I trust myself.

My ability to show up for myself is strong.

This is not a “I don’t need anyone”, “I’ve evolved to some illusion of perfection” or “I’m so f*cking lucky + blessed that I don’t deal with any hard things.”

THIS IS: there is no circumstance more powerful than my ability to show up for myself.

I don’t need certain conditions to do what’s right for me.

I don’t need to “feel pleasant emotions” to love myself, life or another person.

I don’t need to “feel like” doing something (like workout) or need it to happen at a certain time of day in order to do it.

I don’t need the path motherhood to be easy in order for me to keep moving toward that Pure Hearts desire.

I don’t need the guarantee that my love will never leave to let myself need him or love him fully.

Because I know that I can be with any emotion that comes up.

My ability to show up for myself is something I practice and invest in every day in many ways.

ultimately, this actually robs you of the full miracle + value of the manifested desire itself.

Magical manifestation practices rob you of the stage where there’s so much tension.

The desire is burning bright. And that energy wants to be channeled into action. And sometimes it just WILL, sometimes in ways that are misguided, without you realizing what’s happening.

It looks like:

🤓 being super logical or controlling about “how” it’s gonna happen: steps 1,2,3

✅ getting into box checking so you feel like you’re covering all the bases, being super responsible

🔎 searching for all the ways other people have made it happen, seeing if it will work for you

🤬 getting in touch with your higher power and shaking your fist at the sky

This is PART OF THE PROCESS.

While all that feels like a wild goose chase… this is where you find out:

✨what you’re capable of,

✨where you short circuit,

✨what needs to be developed in you and in your life to hold that Heavenly desire

YOU DON’T KNOW who and what you need to become to meet that desire, the DESIRE does.

And in this phase of holding the tension of desire and it not being here, that is where DESIRE is showing you.

The question is… are you seeing it? Or are you busy being distracted by how uncomfortable that tension is?

Are you ready to open your eyes to see what Desire is showing you?

If they do come up, there’s some kind of self protection going on.

Ask yourself:

➡️What are you protecting yourself from?

➡️Do you need to?

There are vibrant, full bodied pure hearts desires that live inside you and it’s time to open to them, especially if you think they’re too much to ask for or impossible.

Being a conscious co-creator in this reality is how you were designed. You have the vessel (your body), the tools (your emotional intelligence) and the means (your emotions).

It’s time to put all of that together to create a clear relationship with desire so you can move toward the business, relationship, family life you *know* is for you.
