Yes. Here’s the deal:

The 5D version of an emotion is not the opposite

(opposite is still playing in the realm of duality)

3D emotion is a portal

When you complete a 3D emotion (not the same as “release”), a vibrational shift happens and you have access to the 5D version of that emotion.

When you complete a 3D emotion (not the same as “release”), a vibrational shift happens and you have access to the 5D version of that emotion.

Here’s what happens when you know the 5D version of an emotion:

1. It gives you a place to focus + direction to move

The idea isn’t to bypass the 3D emotion. It’s to metabolize it and open to 5D frequency of it.

Knowing the 5D emotion helps you recognize the shift that naturally becomes available when a 3D emotion is completed.

2. It builds a connection with that emotion that’s beyond its unpleasant sensation

When you start to see and experience beyond the unpleasant sensation that comes from an emotion, you become more open; letting it flow through you more easily.

That openness generalizes into your experience of other emotions, reducing your reactivity to emotion.

This naturally raises your EQ and personal power (meaning: your ability to experience well being regardless of outside circumstance) increases

3. There’s a validation of your journey.

It’s this feeling: of course this emotion is here, the 5D version has so much to do with where I’m going.

For example: when you’re raising the standards in your relationships or establishing new boundaries to create alignment, guilt comes up.

Of course, bc you’re literally in the process of integrating more of who you are; the next level expression of you. The crystalline version of guilt is integration.

Instead of reverting back to old standards+ shrinking, you can breathe with the guilt because you know this is moving you toward integration.

So, do you *need* to know the 5D version of an emotion?

No.

But it really supports your ability to expand through emotion + use it as a portal.
